Howard Brown Health is a non-profit healthcare organization serving the healthcare needs of the LGBTQ+ community in Chicago. After acquiring a 20,000-sf site on North Halsted, they set about programming a flagship center, consolidating the organization’s family care, dental services, behavioral health, and financial support services. The new 91,000 sf, 5-level structure also includes retail, pharmacy, lab, and generous clinical space. Additionally, the building provides underground parking and expansive rooftop terraces for events, functions, and community gatherings.
