Recipient of a 2024 AIA Healthcare Design Award, Howard Brown Health Halsted represents a transformative investment in inclusive healthcare and community-centered design. Eckenhoff Saunders partnered with Howard Brown Health to create the 91,000-square-foot flagship facility in Chicago’s Northalsted neighborhood, bringing together primary care, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, laboratory, and support services within a welcoming environment designed to foster dignity, wellness, and belonging. The five-story facility also includes retail space, underground parking, and expansive rooftop terraces that support outreach, events, and community engagement.
