ESA was commissioned to modify existing laboratories and work areas to suit the specific needs of APP Pharmaceuticals. The 35,000 sf renovation included 19 wet labs, research workspaces for about 100 employees, offices, administrative spaces, a break room and various other support and equipment storage spaces. Critical power systems (UPS and generators) were included in the scope, as was a new purified water system.
