Chicago, Illinois (Goose Island)
Eckenhoff Saunders led the design renovation of a 70,000 sf magazine distribution facility into a manufacturing plant for a laboratory products company. The project is on Chicago’s Goose Island overlooking the Chicago River and is LEED Gold Certified. A two-story curtain wall on the building’s façade creates a dramatic lobby and office space.

- Daylight dimming
- Skylights
- Floor-to-ceiling windows in the factory areas
