Eckenhoff Saunders developed a 36,000 sf medical office building within a healthcare campus in Hinsdale, Illinois, a western Chicago suburb. The design includes 6,700 square feet of primary care suites and 7,700 square feet of outpatient behavioral health services.
One of the behavioral health suites supports outpatient rooms with consulting support services. A second suite features one-on-one physician/patient meeting rooms within a private office layout concept. The two suites have separate entrances and a common support core. The layout takes advantage of natural light and pleasant views without compromising patient privacy. The new facility blends seamlessly on campus using materials resembling the 1960s Georgian brick and stone materials used on surrounding buildings.
