Bank of America Tower

Dallas, Texas

The Bank of America Plaza dominates Dallas’s skyline and is visible for miles, especially at night. Known by many as the “Emerald City” because of its vibrant green accent lights, it is a landmark for the Central Business District. As the city’s tallest building at 72 stories, the tower is an iconic structure and serves as a gateway to the various districts of downtown Dallas.

Eckenhoff Saunders was invited to participate in an eight-week competition to masterplan and reinvigorate the property and surrounding blocks. Components included a new tower lobby, plaza, observatory, lower level concourse, parking structures, and future hotel.
