Ascension Alexian Brothers Hospice Residence

Eckenhoff Saunders worked with Ascension Alexian Brothers on the design and construction of a new free-standing 16-bed facility for hospice care. The single-story structure incorporates areas for families and staff, including a small chapel for services and reflection. Each room has abundant natural light, privacy, and provisions for family members to spend the night. Exterior spaces include walking paths, gardens, and sitting areas amid a large site of lawn and mature trees.
