The Glenbrook Campus has undergone significant improvement and expansion over the past 20 years. The most recent project nearing completion is the new Ambulatory Care Center, which will form one of two main entrances to the entire hospital campus. The 150,000SF - three level outpatient structure will house the Kellogg Cancer Center, the John and Carol Walter Urologic Center and the Northshore Neurological Institute. Public areas including the lobby atrium, café, outpatient pharmacy and gift shop are all conveniently located along the connection to the existing hospital. Occupancy of the phased project is scheduled over the course of 2012.
