The approximately 95,000 s.f. multi-functional outpatient healthcare facility is being developed on approximately 7 acres of property adjacent to a major thoroughfare in the western suburbs of Chicago. The sloping property allows for multiple level entries for ease of access to various services.
The three-level building has been designed with a featured interior atrium dividing the building into two elements. One will contain a 40,000 s.f. comprehensive Cancer Care Center while the other portion will contain various outpatient services such as Diagnostic Imaging, Immediate Care, Primary Care and Specialty Clinics. Each function is positioned to complement the other.
The elements of this contemporary design express a sense of the cutting-edge technology while balancing the warmth and light of soft materials and abundant natural light to the interior of the spaces.
The comprehensive cancer care center will be the “anchor” tenant. Providing a complete line of services including radiation therapy, medical oncology, chemo therapy and alternative medicine services.
