The success of the Vertigo Lounge has prompted its owners to study options for increasing its area on the 26th floor of the Dana Hotel in Chicago. ESA was retained to design a 1,000 SF addition to be cantilevered from the top west elevation of the building. The new lounge would feature glass floors, walls and a unique louver operated roof.
