The Dermatology Institute of DuPage Medical Group provides general dermatology, cosmetic and laser surgery, skin resurfacing procedures, and Mohs micrographic surgery. ESA’s design for the 11,000 Institute evokes a serene, spa environment with a rich color palette and high-end finishes. A separate entrance for aesthetic procedures leads to an intimate waiting and reception area while general patients enter a generous waiting room that provides for different levels of patient privacy (especially to accommodate patients who must rest on location after medical procedures). Full height windows in the exam rooms provide abundant natural light while dual shading systems for day and night guard privacy. Additional features include teleconference capabilities, and staff and break rooms with scenic views of the property’s park-like setting.
