ESA’s masterplan of the four-acre campus and design of its 24,000 sf two-story multiuse building give an architectural cohesion to the existing structures. All facilities will be renovated and brought up to life safety and ADA compliance. Extensive site work includes new parking, a new detention pond, and reworked traffic patterns.
