Powervar needed to consolidate its office, warehouse, and assembly space into a building that would accommodate its current needs while remaining flexible for future expansion. The resulting 50,000 sf facility can double in size without compromising its design integrity. Taking the high-tech nature of Powervar’s business as its inspiration, ESA used quality design to transform a potentially generic warehouse/distribution center into a building that makes a distinctive corporate statement.
