Situated on a prominent site in a business park, the Marriott Chicago Southwest hotel features an eight-story hotel wing with 180 guestrooms, banquet facilities for 400, a 140-seat restaurant, and an indoor pool and fitness center. Four high-tech conference rooms accommodate business meetings. With its strong lines and horizontal glass promenade, the building’s design is dynamic enough for passing travelers on Interstate 55 to take notice. In addition to architectural and engineering services, ESA masterplanned the 10.9-acre site and assisted the owner with rezoning efforts and planned unit development approval.
