Complete renovation and expansion of GM dealership

Located just off Chicago’s historic Motor Row on south Michigan Avenue, Rogers Auto Group had to renovate its facilities to align with GM’s launch of its new prototype dealership design.
ESA worked closely with Rogers leadership to design and fast-track the project, minimizing service disruption. The firm also helped secure an administrative adjustment with the City of Chicago to allow the dealership to maximize its building footprint by annexing an adjacent site for parking.
Design work included a 6,300 sf addition with drive-through service lanes and quick lube oil stations. ESA coordinated all interior design elements, furniture, and signage with the new standards.
Rogers is among the first dealerships in Chicago to adopt GM’s new design standards. Construction was completed in four months.
