Multi-phased expansion of 55-acre campus

This multi-phased plan calls for the addition of more than 250,000 sf to the Glenbrook Hospital Campus, including new clinical departments for the emergency and radiology departments. Phase I of the plan calls for a new LEED certified, 120,000 sf medical office building with a partial green roof to house the Kellogg Cancer Care Center and other outpatient treatment units.
The MOB will be accessed via a glass-enclosed connector featuring such visitor amenities as an upscale cafe, gift shop, and pharmacy. Patients receiving treatment at the Kellogg Cancer Care Center will have views of the park-like grounds and healing garden.
