Please join us in welcoming Erin Masters, NCARB, NCIDQ, LEED AP, to our growing firm! Erin is an architect and an interior designer with a robust background working with various project types for higher education, civic, healthcare, institutional, and commercial clients. Before joining Eckenhoff Saunders, she held multiple roles as a project architect, project designer, interior designer, and furniture designer.
When prompted about what excites her the most about the profession, Erin replied, “The chance to make someone’s life better–whether you’ve provided a space that is more functional, brighter, let’s them work in a different or better way, is more healthy, or is an aesthetic upgrade. It is also wonderful to see something that you have contributed to being built. I like the tangibility of the reward of seeing a completed project and seeing the reaction of the users to their new space,” she said.
Erin is originally from Reisterstown, Maryland (outside Baltimore – Go O’s!), and received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Welcome, Erin!
