We're thrilled to announce the recent completion of SPS Tower's Turf Club amenity in downtown Minneapolis. Our team partnered with Sumitomo Corporation of Americas to develop this unique space for tenants. Crafted to represent a multi-faceted tradition, this reading table's inspiration are the countless and varied stories and scripture that communicate the #jewish faith. @advocatekids and @northshoreweb recently announced a strategic partnership, the Chicagoland Children’s Health Alliance, to expand wide-ranging pediatric care in Illinois. As part of that new strategic alliance, Eckenhoff Saunders teamed up with Advocate and NorthShore to convert a former two-story furniture store located in Edens Plaza in Wilmette into a new pediatric care center. The 34,000 sf facility includes immediate care, physical and occupational therapy, outpatient lab, radiology, and 30 universal exam rooms. Each floor has a waiting area linked by an open staircase within a forest-like interior setting behind a new multi-story pleated wall.
